10/13 - Teen Grounding Program

TIME: 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM
Come when you can, we understand that schools end at different times. We'll have activities to do in the meantime, and start programming when everybody that registered arrives. 

Kids at Heart is proud to partner with the Wayfinders Garden for our Teen Grounding.

Grounding is a Kids at Heart Teen Program that serves as a safe space for foster, adopted, and kinship teens in northern Colorado. Grounding is a program where teens come to a fun, safe, and welcoming environment full of experiences that focus on our whole selves. We define grounding as finding our inner balance and centering ourselves in the midst of all life's complexities. We provide a wide varitety of activities and games that balance supervised free play and creativity with intentional programming designed to cultivate community and holistic health.
