6/5 - Fundango

Fundango is an interactive exprience for foster, adoptive and kinship youth from newbord to teens. While parents have a few hours of respite, kids are engaged in educational and fun activites that include art, STEM and gym. 

During the pandemic we have made the following changes:

• Everyone (kids, staff, volunteers and parents) is required to wear a mask at all times.
• Regular hand washing and hand sanitizing is required. Our staff will help little ones.
• Groups stay together in the same room and are socially distanct for the duration of the event (except for play indoors/outdoors).
• Outdoor play time also requires masks and washing hands before and after.
• Social distancing is explained at the beginning of the event and reminders if needed. Teens are expected to be responsible for their own spacing.
• The facility undergoes a Covid cleaning before/after the Kids at Heart event.
• We still have lots of fun!!
